$999 monthly is $11,988 annualized. The $9,900 annual base subscription is an all-in ceiling including applicable taxes and Aida payment fees; separately approved integrations and overages are excluded. It is not available through current checkout.

Product record limits and included storage are independent. Using an illustrative 70 MB set per record (12 × 5 MB documents plus 5 × 2 MB images), 500 GB holds about 7,314 sets and 5 TB about 74,898. There is no file-count limit per individual product; account storage and per-file limits apply. More storage requires a separately quoted, explicitly approved purchase.
Team and Enterprise storage and user allowances are a forward Alpha proposal pending load and cost verification. They are not presently deliverable or guaranteed by the existing beta infrastructure.

A free, read-only showcase of four fictional companies and twelve fictional projects. It accepts no personal product content and cannot save or edit records. Private staff examples are not included.

A typical product may use 10–12 documents and 5 images. This is planning guidance, not a per-product allowance or hard cap; account storage and per-file limits still apply. PDF documents are limited to 25 MB each; PNG and JPEG images are limited to 10 MB each. Reaching storage capacity stops new uploads; it does not delete or remove existing evidence, authorize a charge, or imply unlimited unbilled storage.
