Terms of service

These terms govern use of Aida OS Product Economics at pe.aidaos.io ("the Service"). The Service is provided by Call Me Anthony LLC dba Call Me Anthony. Aida OS is a product of Call Me Anthony. By using the Service you agree to them on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent.

If you use the Service on behalf of an employer or client, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for them.

The Service is a modeling and decision-support tool. It helps you organize costs, prices, comparisons and scenarios so that people can reason about them together.

It is not accounting, tax, customs, legal, investment or valuation advice. Outputs depend entirely on the assumptions you supply, and no result should be treated as a professional opinion or a guarantee of commercial outcome.

Guest modeling is unsaved. Work that has not been saved to an account may be lost when you leave or close the page. No warranty of availability applies to free use.

Saving, storage and additional capabilities depend on the current plan and eligibility described on the pricing page. Active product counts, evidence record counts and storage allowances may have separate limits.

Certain assisted features and storage may be subject to plan limits and fair use. The pricing page and account controls describe available features; no usage charge is applied automatically.

If a paid subscription is offered and you subscribe, its billing interval, currency and renewal terms are shown at checkout. Current Alpha offers are inquiries, not purchases.

For an active subscription, cancellation ordinarily takes effect at the end of its paid period. Any refund rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.

Applicable taxes and any changes to a subscription will be communicated as required by law and the terms displayed at purchase. Failed payment may affect access to paid features.

When checkout is available, a third-party payment processor handles payment instruments; we do not collect card numbers through the product workspace.

You retain your rights in projects, data, images, documents and other material you provide ("User Content"), as well as customer-specific decisions and outputs to the extent you have rights in them. You grant us only the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, transmit, store and display User Content to operate, secure and support the Service for you. This does not transfer rights in your inventions, confidential economics or other customer intellectual property.

You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload, including supplier quotes, drawings, certifications and third-party images.

We do not use private User Content or model-derived figures for cross-customer benchmarking, general model training or public case studies without separate affirmative permission. Third-party material remains subject to its owners' rights; AI-generated material may not be exclusive or protectable.

Call Me Anthony LLC dba Call Me Anthony and its licensors retain their rights in the Service, including its software and code, interface, workflows, methodologies, templates, documentation, marks, brand, and fictional demo and reference content. Third-party images and trademarks remain with their respective owners.

An account or subscription grants only a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access and use the Service for authorized internal purposes during the applicable term. It does not sell, assign or transfer the Service or its intellectual property to you.

You may voluntarily send us non-confidential feedback about the Service. We may use that feedback to improve it, but this does not give us rights in confidential User Content, your inventions or customer-specific work. Please do not submit confidential ideas as general feedback.

Do not use the Service to break the law, infringe intellectual property, upload malicious code, or attempt to access other customers' data.

Except where applicable law permits otherwise, do not copy or systematically extract the Service, reverse engineer its software, circumvent access controls, resell access, or use unauthorized extraction of its protected materials to build a competing service. These restrictions do not prevent lawful independent development or competition.

Do not upload personal data about individuals beyond ordinary business contact details, regulated health or financial records, export-controlled technical data, or confidential material you are not permitted to share.

Do not misrepresent third-party pricing or specifications as verified when your evidence does not support it.

For United States destinations the Service searches an imported copy of the official United States International Trade Commission Harmonized Tariff Schedule release files and shows the official rate text alongside any figure it was able to parse safely. "HTS" refers to United States destination classification; for other destinations the Service uses the term "HS / destination tariff code" and relies on guided classification and rates you enter and confirm yourself. United States rates are never applied to another destination.

Any code, duty rate, additional tariff, processing fee or country-of-origin treatment shown in the Service is an estimate that supports planning and does not constitute a binding customs ruling. Classification is a legal determination that depends on the specific article, its composition, its function and prevailing rulings. Rates change, sometimes with little notice, and Chapter 99 trade remedies, exclusions, quotas and origin rules may require separate analysis the Service does not perform.

You must confirm classification, origin rules, trade remedies and rates with a licensed customs broker or the destination authority before relying on them for pricing, quoting, importing or filing. The Service assumes no liability for duties, penalties or delays arising from reliance on modeled figures.

Comparable products, prices and specifications are point-in-time observations. Prices vary by channel, region, promotion and time, and third-party listings may be inaccurate.

Third-party trademarks and product images belong to their owners; their appearance in a comparison is nominative reference, not endorsement or affiliation.

You are responsible for how you use competitive information, including compliance with competition law. Do not use the Service to exchange competitively sensitive information with competitors.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features and availability may change; see the pricing page for what is currently offered.

We may suspend access for maintenance, security or non-payment, and will give reasonable notice where practical.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost savings, procurement of substitute goods, or indirect or consequential damages.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for material breach of these terms.

Before closing an account, export any content you need to retain. See the privacy notice for how deletion requests are handled.

The contracting entity is Call Me Anthony LLC dba Call Me Anthony. Aida OS is its product.

If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms, together with the privacy notice and the plan description you purchase, form the whole agreement.
