Privacy notice

How the Service handles confidential product economics, uploads, third-party evidence, retention and deletion.

Effective dateSeptember 28, 2026

1. Scope of this notice

This notice describes how Aida OS Product Economics ("the Service", operated at pe.aidaos.io) collects, uses, stores and deletes information when you model the economics of a physical product.

The Service is operated by Call Me Anthony LLC dba Call Me Anthony. Aida OS is a product of Call Me Anthony.

It covers this public site, guest modeling and account-based projects. Other Aida OS properties may publish separate notices.

2. Your product economics are confidential

Bills of materials, supplier names and regions, quoted unit costs, tooling budgets, landed cost build-ups, margins, price ladders and payback assumptions are treated as your confidential business information.

We do not sell your private project information, use it for advertising, or share it with competitors. We do not use private project content for general model training without your separate affirmative permission.

We do not use private model-derived figures for cross-customer benchmarking or publish customer case studies without separate affirmative permission. Removing names alone does not authorize such use.

3. The free session

Guest models are not saved as account projects unless you explicitly choose to save through an eligible account. Unsaved work may be lost when you close or leave the page.

The browser may retain interface preferences and authentication credentials needed for sign-in. Avoid sharing a device or browser profile when working with confidential information.

4. Information we process

Account information: name, work email, organization, and role, provided when you create an account.

Project content: the entities you create — projects, products, features, development costs, BOM components, volume breaks, import scenarios, packaging and freight scenarios, price and margin scenarios, comparables, payback scenarios, checklist items and evidence sources — together with the currency, unit and source metadata attached to each value.

Uploads: images, drawings, quotes, certifications and other documents you attach to a product, including file name, size, type and the account that uploaded them.

Billing information: plan, subscription status and billing period. Payment card details are handled by a payment processor and are not stored by the Service.

Operational data: log entries, request metadata, device and browser information, and error reports used to keep the Service secure and working.

5. Uploads and derived images

Uploaded files are stored against your project and are accessible only to your account and, on plans that include collaboration, the users you invite.

Uploaded files and any derived copies may be processed to display them in the Service and count toward applicable storage limits. Deletion requests may require removal of both originals and derived copies.

Do not upload personal data about individuals, regulated data, or third-party confidential material you are not permitted to share.

6. Third-party evidence and external sources

Market comparisons may reference publicly observable information such as published retail prices and product specifications. Comparables may include source details, observation dates and confidence indicators where provided.

Third-party brand names, models and images referenced in a comparison remain the property of their owners and are used for reference and commentary only. You are responsible for the lawfulness of any material you add to your own comparable set.

URL analysis runs only when you click Analyze URL. The request is made server-side to the address you supplied, carries no project content, and returns publicly visible page metadata for your review. Requests to private, local or reserved network addresses are refused. Nothing extracted is applied to your project until you accept it field by field.

Tariff classification uses the published United States International Trade Commission HTS release files, imported into our own reference tables. Searching those tables sends no project content to the ITC.

7. AI assistance

Where the Service offers AI assistance, prompts may include the project content necessary to answer the request. An assistance request may send relevant material to a processing provider to generate a response. We do not authorize use of private project content for general model training without separate affirmative permission; provider handling and retention should be reviewed before relying on sensitive input.

AI output is an estimate. It is labeled as such in the interface and must be reviewed before it informs a commitment.

8. Retention and deletion

Unsaved guest models are not stored as account projects. Operational logs and third-party processing may have separate retention periods.

Saved projects remain available while your account is active, subject to your plan. You can request deletion of individual projects or your account through available account controls. Deletion from backup systems may take longer than deletion from the active workspace.

Account closure may be blocked while billing cancellation cannot be completed; the Service reports that outcome rather than claiming deletion succeeded. Some records may be retained where required by law or necessary to resolve disputes and meet accounting obligations. Contact legal@aidaos.io about deletion or retention questions.

9. Security

We use access controls and transport protections to protect account data. Authorized service providers may process data as needed to operate the Service.

No system can guarantee absolute security. We will respond to security incidents and provide notices where required by applicable law.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete or restrict processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing.

Project export is available in supported saved-project views; contact legal@aidaos.io for personal-data access, correction or deletion requests.
